WOW!!! I love this device as it has so much to offer. Easy to use app which allows me to control all three of my garage doors. Love the remote key and logging feature as I can see who opened or closed my doors at home. Loved this device so much, that I bought a second one for my garage at work. I now give all my employees remote keys, as all the keys are on their own schedules. Very fast response from when I push the button. Great product, secure and reliable. I live in Florida and it gets really hot here. My kids are always leaving the garage doors open. Now my garage doors automatically close if its hot out (above a certain tempearature that I setup). This devie has so many great features and works every single time I use it. I bought this device for a summer home that I rent out on the beach. Every week I give the new renters a unique passcode that I set up to let them enter the place at the beginng of the week. This acutally cuts my time and cost down as now I don't have to be there everytime single time a new renter shows up to give them the key. I just give them the new remote key that I setup to let them into the garage that leads to the house. My weekends are now free for me to do what I want.

I am a divorce mom. I bought this device for my son to open and close the garage door, from when he comes and goes to school. I also bought this device because the passcode that gets entered into the app is blocked and secured from other users. In other words, this prevents my ex from seeking onto my sons phone to look at the app to gain the passcode to open my door. Bottom line is he can't.. Received as a birthday gift from my wife. Excellent choice as it was easy to setup and super easy to use. Open the app and push the button and the door opens (or closes if already opened). I gave everyone in my family a remote key to open and control the garage doors (if needed). This product is so cool..... I love the weather guard features that this system offers as I left the garage door open when I came home, and 20 minutes later the garage door closed as the temperature outside went down (below the level that I set it for). There are a lot of options to have my doors automatically close (as in if it gets to cold or to hot oustside, Rain, Snow, etc.). I highly recommend this product as setup was easy and works perfect everytime.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband knowing that this would be the perfect gift, as our kids are always forgetting their keys to the house and always end up going next door to my neighbors house to borrow a key. We'll, now they don't have to do that as they just use their cellphones to open and close the doors to get in. I also get text alerts and emails telling me when they opened and closed the door so I know when the kids are coming and going. This device is very inexpensive and packs a lot of nice features for what its worth. I definitely would recommend this device to everyone, no matter what your use will be for.

This past June my family and I went on vacation only to find the garage door open when we returned.  It happens to be that sometimes when I leave the house and pull away before the garage door is fully shut, the garage door sometimes opens again due to much down force (motor needs adjustment on the amount of down force or travel distance). Every since I installed this product, I can always tell when my garage doors are open or closed. The device also alerts me when my doors open or close so that I know at all times. The control panel is also very easy to use and has a lot of great features.

The main reason why I bought this is because of the auto shut feature. I read the garage smart manual carefully and followed the instructions step-by-step (manual also has good pictures too), and got the device to work on the first try. Their support is superior too!!! This was 1000 times easier to install than to put together a piece of furniture. Overall, it only took me 30 minutes to install.

I love this device at is has a lot of nice features. This thing can actually shut your garage doors automatically depending on the outside weather conditions (hot, cold, wind, wind gust, etc.). Best value for your buck as I have two garage doors and this unit handles both of them (it really works up to three garage doors). Most of the units that I see on the market only handle one garage door or require expensive accessories for the other door. The garage smart is low cost and handles it all. However, I should of read the manual as it is really good. It has step by step instructions with pictures for clarity and easy to understand. Their customer service is excellent too. I have been looking for a wifi garage door opener for a while now and decided to buy the GarageSmart after reading so many positive reviews about the product. Sure enough, I can really see why this device gets high ratings as there support is superior, the control panel is so easy to use and the device overall works every single time and has so many nice features that the other wifi garage door openers on the market don't have. Let me tell you, that this device is amazing and so simple to use.  I first log into my account, then I set the Auto Shut time for 9:00PM and sure enough, every night at that time, all my garage doors close (if they were left open). I bought the GarageSmart as a Christmas gift for my husband this past year. My husband, the kids and I all absolutely love it! The GarageSmart was so easy to install and to use. I also decided to upgrade to the premium account which only costs $9.99/year due to its wonderful features that GarageSmart provides. For less then a cup of coffee a month, the premium account allows my husband and I to receive email notifications and/or text messages every time the garage doors open or close. I now have a sense of security and know when (and if) my kids leave the doors open. Another neat feature that I love with this device is that it has an auto close feature, that will close all my garage doors in the event that I leave them open by mistake at night. Honestly, I have done that a few times by forgetting to close them, leaving them open for anyone to rob me at night. We also receive live customer support and unlimited access keys to give out (that expire when we want them to). These are handy to give out to the kids, delivery personal, neighbors, etc.

I was once robbed last year in that the thief's took all my power tools from my garage, as one of my kids mistakenly left one of the garage doors open in the morning when they were heading off to school. Now with GarageSmart, I get an immediate notifications the moment my garage doors open or close. As an extra security measure, I also decided to upgrade to the premium account, in which my wife and I both now receive the email notifications and text messages sent to our cell phones. I can also see who left the garage doors open as my wife, three kids and I all have unique remote keys that logs our activity when we open or  close the garage doors.  This feature also tells me if a neighbor opens the garage doors for delivery personal, etc.  The GarageSmart will also Auto Shut (close) my garage doors (if left open) at the time I set (10:00PM) every night.
